【JOPS】Technical Operations, Automation Engineer

・設備導入、自動化、改修、新製品導入等のプロジェクトにエンジニアリングのエキスパートとして参画し、エンジニアリング業務を計画通り遂行すると共に、バリデーション計画の立案及び実施、報告を行う。
・ライン導入などの大規模プロジェクトを含む、各エンジニアリングプロジェクトをリードする。
・担当するプロジェクトの予算及びスケジュール管理を行う。
・現状の課題及び米原工場の将来計画に適した設備導入、自動化、改修の提案／実施を行う。
・各部門のニーズにあった最適な設備仕様を提案し、採用する。
・生産開始前に設備の不具合点を発見・改善し、立ち上げ後の安定稼働に寄与する。
・米原工場設備のライフサイクルを分析し、最適な将来構想を策定・提案する。
・設備投資の中長期計画を策定し、その計画に基づき予算を立案する。
・設備導入後、適切に関係者へ教育を実施する。
・導入又は改修後の初期不良及び逸脱を対処し、適切にメンテナンス担当者に引継ぎを行う。
・外部業者及び同業他社との良好な関係構築・維持を行い、設備の最新の動向をAZにもたらす。
・包装プロセスにおける最適な操作手順を提案し、プロセスの改善に寄与する。
・米原工場に関係する各種査察（自己点検、GQA、委託元、当局等）のエンジニアリングパートを対応する。
・技術継承を行い、新たなエンジニアを育成する。
・グローバルSHEポリシー等の社内スタンダード・関連法規を順守する。

・GMP／QRM／SHEの知識
・プレゼンテーション
・バリデーション計画・実行・報告の実務経験
